Today’s Victor Valley Bicycle Tour (VVBT) 2025 started off with chilly temperatures for the 60-mile riders turning on Thunderbird into the rising sun, but under clear, calm skies.

Alan Pellegrini oversaw crew of volunteers at Apple Valley Civic Center Park, which was set up and ready to go in plenty of time to get everyone signed in.

In addition to the sign-in table, there were pop-ups for Victorville Cycles and the Ramon Franco Agency (Farmers Insurance), a large lunch area, and the start/finish line. The Ramon Franco Agency offered free IDs and records kits for kids.

Before the start of the 60-mile ride, the Adelanto High School Marching Band played the national anthem.
