APPLE VALLEY — Bicyclists on the road should be a lot safer after the Victor Valley Bicycle Tour donated hundreds bike safety signs to three High Desert municipalities and the county.
After the opening of the Bear Valley Road bike path, I reached out to Richard Berger and Kathie Martin at the Town of Apple Valley for more information. This is what I received from Kathie Martin:
APPLE VALLEY — Two separated sections of a bike path on the northern side of Bear Valley Road were recently completed, forging a cyclable connection between Jess Ranch Marketplace and Victor Valley College.
