Dale Evans Parkway update, October 17th
Dale Evans Parkway has now been completely repaved between Otoe and Waalew, although it has yet to be striped. It seems much wider now, so there should be plenty of room for the bike lanes.

Apple Valley Parks and Rec Vision Workshop
The Town of Apple Valley held a vision workshop
last night (Wednesday, October 6th), with the expressed goal of help set policies for the parks and recreation department for the next 20 years. For the most part, this was a waste of two perfectly good hours, as Apple Valley has contracted with a firm called MIG to help them with their vision,
and MIG’s representative seemed set on making the process so general as to be meaningless.
