Road conditions are generally good, with the worse area being along Bear Valley Road, due to the traffic and minimal room on the right shoulder.

There are numerous places along the route to use as a start/stop point. Also, you can stay on Outer Highway 18 East instead of deviating in the residential area.
Notes
It will be safer and easier to do this ride clockwise, eliminating left turns.
