This section of HD Cycling depends on the high desert cycling community. The new way of saying this is that it is "group sourced," meaning that the more cyclists contribute, the better it will be.
Here's how it is set up:
There is (or will be) a page for each significant street. That page contains a brief description of the street, the current road conditions, links to maps of that road, and any other notes. Each "street" page mentions major streets that intersect it, and can also contain links to rides that use this street.
There is also a page for each ride. Ride pages include the jumping-off point, alternate routes (for longer rides), notes, and links to maps. It would be great to figure out an easy way to generate cue sheets, and post those on-line, too.
Optionally, can also be pages for each jumping-off point or trailhead, with special notes about parking and nearby conveniences, a map showing the location, and links to rides that leave from that location.
There's plenty of room, so knock yourself out.
