Report to the Apple Valley town council about the 2015 Victor Valley Bicycle Tour

Smitty Smith of the VVBT reports that they raised enough money to donate $12,000 to children’s bicycle safety in Apple Valley, Hesperia, and Victorville.

The tentative date for next year’s event is October 29, 2016.
