Two new century routes

I’ve added two century routes to the Rides section — one from Apple Valley to Huntington Beach, and the other a loop from Apple Valley up Route 66 to Barstow, down Highway 247, and back to Apple Valley on Highway 18 East (the old “Mojave by Moonlight” route).

Now all we need are some ride reports.
